THE MENDI MISSION.--It is said that the missionaries who came out with the Mendians
have concluded to establish themselves at Sherbro (an island on the coast fifty miles
south of Sierra Leone) and commence missionary operations there.
The anniversary of the Liberia Annual Conference Missionary Society was held on the
17th of January, at which two hundred and eight dollars were collected to
aid the mission funds.--Commercial Advertiser.
