FROM JAMAICA.--The Haytien[sic] vessel of war, seen off Jamaica at the last accounts,
has been captured while the crew were in the act of landing firearms for the negroes.
They will undoubtedly be hanged. This Haytien, or black government is engaged in
a pretty business in supplying the negroes of other countries with weapons to murder
the whites.
